Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounts

Working Time: 10am-6pm

Preferred Location: Candidates living in Nakhu, Mahalaxmisthan, Jawalakhel, or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day financial records, including recording cash\/bank transactions, journal entries, and ledger maintenance using accounting software.
• Process sales invoices, purchase orders, vendor bills, and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist in monitoring stock\/inventory valuations, reconciling physical stock with book records, and tracking production\/operational costs.
• Ensure timely preparation, filing, and compliance with local tax regulations (such as VAT, TDS, and corporate tax filings).
• Perform regular monthly bank and cash reconciliations to spot discrepancies and ensure fund accuracy.
• Handle financial queries from suppliers, vendors, and clients professionally.

  Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration (BBA), BBS, B.Com, or completion of professional accounting qualifications\u00a0
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven work experience in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally within the FMCG, food manufacturing, or trading sector.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or local ERP systems).
    • Strong command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial formulas).
    • Sound knowledge of local tax laws, compliance, and auditing standards.
    • Excellent numerical skills, high attention to detail, and integrity.
    • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

      Salary: 40k per month
