Position: Account Officer (Male)

Qualification & Experiences

Education: Bachelor's Degree in management with specialization on Account\/ Finance

Minimum Experience: 3 years relevant experience in account\/finance is preferred

MAJOR FUNCTIONS\/RESPONSIBILITY

• Maintaining accounting records, vouchers, invoices in the general ledger using accounting software
• Managing tax-related documentation, statutory deductions and timely filing in compliance with applicable regulations
• Handling banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, bank reconciliations and the maintenance of bank statements and records
• Maintaining record of payments, follow up on outstanding receivables
• Preparing, and issuing cheque to creditors and maintaining payment documentation
• Preparing cash inflow and outflow report to support cash flow planning\u00a0
• Managing petty cash by processing transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring periodic reconciliation

  Age: 28 to 35

  Male staff preferred
