English Content Writer — IFRE Volunteers (Kathmandu, Nepal)

IFRE Volunteers, an international volunteer abroad organization operating since 2006 (www.ifrevolunteers.org), is looking for an experienced English Content Writer to join our Nepal office full-time.

If you love storytelling, travel, and cultural exchange — and can turn research into clear, engaging content — we'd love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Write clear, engaging, and professional English website content.
• Create articles about volunteer abroad programs, destinations, travel, and cultural experiences.
• Edit and improve blogs, landing pages, program descriptions, and destination guides.
• Research volunteer programs, countries, projects, and travel information.
• Check grammar, spelling, accuracy, readability, and consistency.
• Update outdated content, prices, links, and program information.
• Complete assigned content independently and on time.

Requirements

• Master's degree in English or a degree in another subject with proven professional experience as an English content writer.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in English content writing, web writing, travel writing, online publishing, or a related field.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Ability to write natural, informative, and engaging content.
• Experience in travel, tourism, volunteering, international education, or study-abroad content is an advantage.
• Organized, responsible, creative, and able to work independently.

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: NPR 40,000–50,000/month, depending on experience
