Position Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Kathmandu (Hybrid work possible)

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our collaborative team. This isn\u2019t just a gig\u2014it\u2019s an opportunity to shape visual narratives for clients who drive change and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design assets for a range of events and marketing campaigns
• Create branding collateral including logos, brochures, banners, social media content, and presentation decks
• Interpret client briefs to create meaningful and aesthetically rich designs
• Work collaboratively with U-Turn\u2019s creative and event teams to support full campaign execution
• Ensure design consistency while exploring fresh, bold creative ideas
• Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and flexible timelines

  Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience (agency background preferred)
  • Strong command of design tools\u2014Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent software
  • Diverse portfolio showcasing creativity across print, digital, and branding media
  • Good command in English language, both written and spoken for clear communication with clients and team\u00a0
  • Experience working with both international and local organizations
  • Exceptional time management and an eye for visual storytelling
  • Comfortable working on a flexible schedule based on project demands
